1.    A 50% deposit is required for to process US pre-order items. Bank details (CIMB/ Maybank/ Alliance) will be emailed to buyer. Please deposit the amount within 5 days otherwise order will be cancelled.

2.     Kindly seek confirmation after the deposit with your: bank-in slip, amount deposited, date of deposit, and order number.  Upon confirmation of payment, we will proceed with delivery. Kindly retain your receipt for verification.

( * Please check with the bank regarding service charge for cash deposit through bank counters. If yes, please add in the service charge to the total amount deposited.
Normally the bank will directly deduct RM0.50 service charge from the total amount deposited. Thus will causing error in the total amount.

Cash deposit machines do not accept RM1, RM2 or RM5. E.g If your total amount is RM55, please deposit RM60.
We will transfer back the additional RM5 to your bank account or place it into your parcel

3.    Deposit is non-refundable unless the item is out of stock.

4.    Items are mailed every Monday. (US time)

5.    The remaining amount must be deposited when stocks arrive in Malaysia. Once the stock arrived, buyer will be informed and must transfer the balance, within 5 days, before the item is delivered, otherwise item is not delivered and deposit is non-refundable.

6.    Collection in person can be arranged at the agreed mutual time and place, only in Penang. The balance must be settled in person (at the time) or deposited beforehand. Bring your receipt for verification.
